Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of 300ml Nammilk Fresh Cream.
  • 2 cans condensed milk.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence.

Directions

  1. Combine the condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. In the second chilled bowl, whip the Nammilk Fresh Cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold together with the condensed milk and vanilla mixture until fully mixed.
  4. Do not overmix or the finished result won’t be as light and airy.
  5. Now you are ready to freeze it between -12°C and -20°C. Enjoy!
  6. Serve cold and enjoy the refreshing taste of this Christmas ice-cream.

TIP: Add ingredients and flavours to your liking: For a Christmas ice cream, add Christmas flavours such as cinnamon or Christmas cookie crumbs.
